Bleu Weddings & Events Management

Chris & Rochelle's wedding was supposed to take place on 26 September 2009, the day the Metro felt nature's wrath through typhoon Ondoy. But alas! Months of planning, meetings with suppliers, deciding which linen and having mock centerpieces made for us... we were powerless as the streets were inundated with floodwater, causing major traffic jams, homes were roof deep in water, to go on with the wedding on that very day would have been futile as guests and suppliers were stuck in their homes and traffic jams..

Our team managed to get to Sofitel -- after getting on a cab, the MRT, LRT, a pedicab, a bus and walking to get to Star City where Rochelle's driver and our very own Jen were already buying lunch for everyone at the hotel.

Once at Sofitel, Chris & I got on with our phone brigade ..calling different suppliers asking if they were available the following morning for the wedding..luckily San Agustin was available at 7am..the others all confirmed too.. and it was set..the wedding would take place at 7am the 27th of September 2009...and here is the slide show created by Metro Photography of this very memorable union of two hearts.. one of my favorite couples whom I feel so much bond with after camping it out at Sofitel with Rochelle and her family, Chris & Christian and the girls of Edward Teng and the rest of my team...

Chris & Rochelle , as well as their families, were uber cool about the whole situation - no melodramas or bridezilla nor groomzilla for these two. ;-) Enjoy the show!
